Charles “Chuck” Griggers is a partner in Thomas Horstemeyer’s patent prosecution group. He practices in all aspects of intellectual property, including preparation and prosecution in patents, trademarks, and copyrights. He provides clients with legal opinions on patentability, infringement, validity, and freedom to operate.
Chuck has patent prosecution expertise across multiple technologies including electrical, optical, mechanical, electromechanical, medical devices, semiconductor materials, and computer technologies. He works with clients of all sizes including universities, corporations, and individual inventors, to obtain intellectual property both domestically and abroad.
Chucks practice also focuses on post-grant patent proceedings at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
