Tara Branscom-Holmes is of counsel at Thomas Horstemeyer. With over 30 years of experience, she handles matters involving trademark and copyright prosecution; licensing, and corporate agreements for a large cross-section of products and technologies; intellectual property disputes such as trademark and domain name disputes; and intellectual property aspects of acquisitions and mergers.
Tara represents large and mid-sized companies, as well as well-funded startups in a broad range of trademark, copyright, and licensing.
Tara served as the of the Virginia State Bar – Intellectual Property Section from 2020-2021. She also served as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries of the Valley from 2018-2019.
