Tristan Wittbrod is an associate in Thomas Horstemeyer’s patent prosecution group. Tristan’s practice focuses on chemical and material science technologies.

Tristan received his undergraduate degree in chemistry from the University of Cincinnati. During this time, he worked as a teaching assistant for multiple chemistry laboratory courses, and as a laboratory technician for the university.

Tristan earned his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Tristan spent a summer as an intellectual property intern, where he worked on patent-related matters at a Parker Hannifin Corporation. The following summer, Tristan held a position as a summer associate at Thomas Horstemeyer where he prepared and prosecuted different types of patent applications and assisted with litigation matters.
